Grand Ascot Hotel Krakow

The hotel was stylish, airy, and comfortable. The room was clean and restful with a great breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the bartender Hubert, who offered recommendations for exploring the town.

They had a bar in the lobby. The breakfast was perfect with fresh vegetables and fruits, for instance. The early check-in too.

Cosy hotel located in a quiet area not far from the old center, trams and old town. Staff was delightfully helpful & informative. Tasty cereals, fruit, pastries and scrambled eggs served in the morning. Very friendly reception;))

The hotel had a very modern and clean vibe, which I really liked. The rooms were not large, but they were adequate for a short stay. I appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as well as the complimentary bottled water and safe in the wardrobe. The hairdryer in the bathroom was also decent. The location of the hotel was great, with shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The main square was also just a short walk away.

We stayed at this place for a night and enjoyed the stay. The room we got was spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. The reception staff were friendly and always willing to help, answering all our queries regarding the city and providing useful suggestions. The hotel location is in a quiet residential area yet a few minutes away from the historic center.

Although we didn't use it, the hotel offers a range of services like room service, dry cleaning, and laundry which could come handy for longer stays. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a great variety of food options.
